This place was good when it first opened. This past weekend I drove up to MoVal to visit my grandpa. I figured I'd pick us all up some lunch on my way. I went through the drive through and was prepared with each order I wanted. Only it seemed the girl on the other end wasn't paying attention. I repeated myself 4 or 5 times and she repeated the order back wrong each time. I was frustrated and figured yeah whatever I'll just take what I can get. So long as there are 3 meals in the bag. Normally a misunderstanding at a drive through is no biggie. I get it those employees are often overworked and multitasking. But she was frustrated and gave attitude to me! She didn't even look at me when I was at the window to pay. She just said the amount held out her hand for the card, all while she was looking at a co worker of hers and talking about "I sensed when you threw away my cup of water. I heard it."
Total about $30 for 3 meals. Which is okay. Except once we got home we realized one of the Chile verde had about 3 pieces of dry pork, there were 0 tortillas which came with 2 meals, and my chicken salad had no chicken.
These were all things I repeated several times to this girl when trying to order. Overall the experience was poor. The customer service was below poor. And the food was disappointing. Don't waste your money or time here. It's fast food, and they're probably paid minimum wage so I get I shouldn't expect too much. But a customer should at least get what we are paying for without the childlike attitude of employees. -

I've been to several Miguel's Junior locations, but mostly because it was convenient. The food has never been something I crave. With so many Mexican food options in Southern California, their tacos and burritos just taste average.
But recently tried their Coffee-chata drink which was tasty in a unique, weird way. Taste like mocha horchata, and it's currently just $1. -

Worst Drive thru Ever!!! Waited 36 minutes in line for one simple burrito. Never coming back again. Burrito made me Sick!!! And got a strawberry drink which had way to much ICE. This place needs to get their Sh** together

There was BLOOD on the counter in front of the register. My husband accidentally put his hand in it and got blood on his hand. No apology at all. Gross.
Then I get my burrito and there is something red on the tortilla. My husband takes it up to the counter and the lady says it is from their wax pen that marks the packaging. They didn't offer to remake my burrito or offer any other solutions.
I get it isn't toxic, but it still shouldn't be on my burrito.
